We took this generational redesign as an opportunity to make the MILLE GT better at the things we loved about its predecessor, including our premium X-frame suspension carriage, a refined comfort waist fit, and a reduction in seams and weight (28% and 5g, respectively). MIRACLE LAYER We've never been happy with the traditional nylon/Lycra construction of most seamless base layers, which tend to hold a lot of moisture. We engineered this Core Seamless with a mixture of polyester and polypropylene that moves the moisture away from your body with absolutely minimal moisture uptake. The fabric is soft next to your skin and provides great temperature regulation in mild conditions. PROSECCO TECH SHORT SLEEVE The first goal of this base layer is to move moisture away from your skin while adding minimal insulation for those cool days when your riding intensity is high enough and your outer layers are warm enough. This base layer works best when in contact with the skin, so both fabrics are very stretchy and the cut is slim. On extremely cold days we'll use this as a first layer under a Flanders Warm second base layer, or under a thermal jersey. It's very effective at moving sweat away from the body.
